An item is currently listed as 'Sold Out' will this be restocked?
Follow has alot of limited edition stock and one off's so sometimes
we may only have 1 or 2 of an item instore, we do re-stock quite frequently on items that aren't one-off's. In the instance that it is
shown as 'Sold Out' online you make still contact us to see if we'll be getting
replacement stock in or can do a special order for you.
What is your return policy?
Follow does not allow returns of items bought online due to change
of mind. We only allow return, by exchange or refund if their is a
product fault or it arrives damaged by us or Australia Post. Please
contact us within 2 days of arriving to arrange replacement or refund.
Items in Follow are often one-off's or limited edition so we cannot
always replace your purchase with what you originally bought.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to return earrings under any circumstances.
For reasons of copyright, there is no return of any paper goods including magazines, zines, stationery, art works or prints.
Do you allow pickup instore?
Yes we do, unfortunately our shopping cart (Shopify) doesn't have this option upon
checkout. However we are happy to waive the shipping costs if you would
prefer to pick up directly from our store. There are 2 ways you can got
about this:
1. Contact us directly and process the transaction manually over the phone or via email, we'll treat this as a normal shop sale and it won't go through Paypal or include any shipping charges.
2. Place the order online and then we can refund you the shipping cost back through your Paypal account. Please contact us if you are doing so, so we can make sure to keep it in the store for you to pick up at your earliest convenience and refund the shipping cost.
Why is your postage more expensive than regular Australia post?
Follow only uses Australia Registered Post. This is so the parcel can be
tracked and is guaranteed a signature by recipient upon it's arrival. We
believe this is the best and safest option for your items to arrive

Why isn't all your stock that is instore available online?
Due to the limited edition nature of alot of our products, some are
not currently available online. We also do not stock all our gift cards, gift tags,
magnets and other small items generally under $6. If there is anything you
specifically would like to order that you have seen instore or online
elsewhere please contact us directly and we'd be glad to help arrange a
manual sale for any of these items if they are available at the time.
I saw a product on your Facebook/ newsletter/ blog that I like that isn't available online, is there anyway I can order it?
Yes we're happy to arrange any items that you have seen online or
elsewhere to be sent to you, based on their availability. We are happy
to process credit card transactions over the phone or via email. We also
accept direct deposit. Please contact us directly to arrange.
Do you gift wrap?
Please indicate upon ordering if your item is a gift that is being
sent directly to the gift recipient. In this instance we'll take of all
pricing on the item and the Paypal shipping notification will not be included in the parcel.
We gift wrap currently with brown kraft paper, or red/white polka dot and ribbon, and can
include a simple gift message with your order. Please contact us with your
directions.
I need the product more urgently as it’s a present, is there anyway to make this a priority?
We can send products via Express post, this will incur additional
charges based on weight, size and location. Whilst these parcels can be tracked, there is no signature required via Express post, therefore we prefer to send via Australia Post. Please contact us directly at time of order.
I am a designer that is interested in being stocked in your store, what is the best thing to do?
Currently we only accept new designers instore on consignment terms,
if this is something you are ok with then please email us with the
details of your product. Please include catalogue, price list and info
about the product including current distribution. We cannot take some
products in our store due to limited size/capacity.
