Shipping and Payment
Follow accepts Visa, MasterCard, BankCard, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you would prefer direct deposit, or over the phone order, please contact us directly to process your order. Order will not be shipped until payment is received in full by Follow.
Online Store Security:
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
All orders are sent by Registered Australia Post. This means each parcel received must be signed for upon delivery. This helps it arrive safely at it's destination, and enables you to track the parcels progress. After each order is processed we will email you with your tracking number. Orders can be tracked via Australia Post.
Generally, Australia Post takes 2-3 business days in Metro & CBD areas of Australia, and 3-4 business days in Regional areas. International post can take from 10-14 days depending on the country it is being sent to, and the custom processes it may have to endure on it's journey. Public holidays, and Christmas time may affect delivery times and cause delays.
Our orders are only sent out from Tuesday - Friday weekly, as Follow is closed on Monday's. We aim to post all orders out the next consecutive day after order has been received, maximum processing time is 2 days.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the item, and the whether it is of fragile nature. Shipping in Australia starts from $7.50 ($5 regular post + $2.50 registered) and shipping internationally starts at $17.90. All in AUD. Each item added to the order is calculated per total order weight.
All items are packaged with greatest care in bubble wrap, and sent either by padded post bag or box depending on the item/s.
Please indicate upon ordering if your item is a gift that is being sent directly to the gift recipient. In this instance we'll take of all pricing on the item and the receipt will not be included in the parcel. We gift wrap currently with brown kraft paper or red/white polka dot paper with a ribbon and can include a simple gift message with your order. Please contact us with directions.
Follow doesn't accept returns/refunds from our online store, unless there is a fault in the item upon it's arrival. Please choose your product carefully. Whilst we take great care in packaging our orders, in rare circumstances there may be damage via Australia post upon it's journey. In this instance please contact us direct within 2 days of delivery, for us to arrange for it's replacement, exchange or refund.
